• Parcel Handling: Customers can open the parcel to inspect the product before making the payment.

Return Policy

Laptops

• Inspection and Return Window: Customers have 3 days to check and return laptops if there are any issues.
• Condition for Return: The product must be in the same condition as delivered, with all accessories intact.

Other Products (Clothing, Accessories, etc.)

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
• Condition for Return: The product should be unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
